Sophie has coached CEOs, managers, and peers by helping them look at and work with objective, reflective, interpretative and decisional data. She is an experienced Psychologist with an MA in Social Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and has a strong global background in HR management, organizational development, and talent management.
Her experience of building a social startup’s HR department from scratch enables her to truly empathize with the challenges of a fast-growing organization.
When helping founders and managers navigate change, she works with a systems approach, encouraging solutions that include individual, group and organizational perspectives. Because of her Group Relations work, she is able to support her clients in understanding and managing group dynamics in their teams and organizations.
Sophie speaks English, German and Spanish fluently and thrives on connecting with people from different backgrounds. She helps clients define and integrate a culture of diversity in their organizations from the very beginning.
